Let’s Get Lit — Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any services with Let’s Get Lit. By requesting a quote, making a deposit, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Services: Let’s Get Lit provides luxury holiday decorating services including design consultation, installation, maintenance, and removal of seasonal decorations for residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

2. Quotes & Pricing: All quotes are custom and based on property size, design scope, and materials selected. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change after the quote expiration period. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to scheduling.

3. Deposits & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payment methods. Accounts past due by more than 10 days may be subject to a late fee.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled installation date will receive a credit toward a future service. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance.

5. Property Access: The client is responsible for ensuring our team has safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled installation, maintenance, and removal dates. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling fees or forfeiture of the appointment.

6. Weather & Force Majeure: Installation may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, Let’s Get Lit will work with the client to reschedule at the earliest available date at no additional charge. We are not liable for delays caused by weather or other force majeure events.

7. Liability & Damage: Let’s Get Lit takes every precaution to protect your property during installation and removal. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that are not reported prior to service. Once installation is complete and accepted by the client, Let’s Get Lit is not responsible for damage caused by weather, third parties, or improper handling of decorations by others.

8. Client-Supplied Materials: If the client provides their own decorations or materials for installation, Let’s Get Lit is not responsible for damage to or malfunction of those items. We reserve the right to decline installation of materials deemed unsafe or incompatible with our systems.

9. Photography & Portfolio Rights: Let’s Get Lit reserves the right to photograph completed installations for use in our portfolio, website, and social media marketing. No personal identifying information will be published without client consent. If you prefer your property not be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your installation date.

10. Removal of Decorations: Removal service is included in all full-service packages and must be scheduled in advance. Decorations left beyond the agreed removal date due to client rescheduling may incur additional storage or extended rental fees. Let’s Get Lit is not responsible for decorations left unattended after the agreed removal window.

11. Ownership of Materials: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all decorations, lighting systems, and materials installed by Let’s Get Lit remain the property of Let’s Get Lit until full payment is received. Custom-purchased items specific to a client’s project become the client’s property upon payment in full.

12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Broward County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms: Let’s Get Lit reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
